At Orion Digital, we offer multiple secure payment methods for all our services, ensuring smooth transactions and transparency. This policy outlines the accepted payment methods, timelines, and procedures for clients.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank Transfers / Wire Transfers
• PayPal / Stripe
• UPI & Digital Wallets (India-specific clients)

Payment Timeline

• Initial Deposit: 50% upfront before project kick-off
• Milestone Payments: As agreed per project plan
• Final Payment: Upon delivery of all project assets and approval
• Recurring Services (SEO / PPC): Monthly invoicing with payment due within 7 days

Invoice & Billing

All clients receive detailed invoices with line items for each service. Invoices are delivered digitally via email in PDF format and are valid for accounting and record-keeping purposes.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are available for unused services only and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• One-time project cancellations before work starts: full refund minus 5% processing fee.
• Recurring services (SEO, PPC) can be canceled with 15-day notice; unused portion will be refunded.
• All refunds are processed via the original payment method.
