Eligible Refunds
- Services not delivered as outlined in the agreement
- Errors caused by Orion Digital in deliverables
- Project cancellations before work begins
Non-Eligible Refunds
- Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences
- Delays caused by client feedback or approvals
- Completed work that meets agreed-upon deliverables
Refund Request Process
- Submit a written request to support@oriondigital.xyz
- Include project details, invoice number, and reason for request
- Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Digital service fees may be adjusted based on work completed or third-party expenses.
Service Cancellations
Clients may cancel services before work begins. Refund eligibility depends on milestone completion and resources already allocated. Unused funds for cancelled services are eligible for a refund.
